The program offers a comprehensive and multidisciplinary approach with scientific, technical, social and economic scope for the prevention, mitigation and resolution of the country’s environmental problems, scientifically supported by the Environmental Engineering Research Center and other research groups of the University.

Graduate Competencies

By the end of the program, graduates will be expected to:

  • Define environmental priorities at local, regional, national and international levels.
  • Identify the needs and measures required for the protection of the environment.
  • Participate in the development of environmental impact assessments.
  • Design and develop environmental management programs.
  • Control all those activities that may have an environmental impact by public sector.
